Traction insulators and traction holders

Traction insulators are special components used to insulate tram or railway rails from the ground. These insulators are an important part of the traction infrastructure as they ensure the safe and reliable conduction of electricity between the overhead line and the rail vehicles.

Traction holders, on the other hand, are components that enable the transfer of electricity from the overhead line to the rail vehicles. These holders are mounted on the roof of the vehicle and are connected to current collectors, which in turn allow electricity to be drawn from the overhead line. The catenary holders are made of robust materials to ensure reliable operation and a long service life.
